Don't give your VPS details here (password etc..)
You can create accounts for FTP Access..(idk how to do that caz I never had a vps)

Don't give out ROOT access.
Anyone can use it for anything which can get YOU in trouble

You can tell what you want to. Telling Password will let you loose your control from VPS.

I 'v a windows VPS, I can make a guests users ofcourse, its ok.
