HELP PickBox and Armour REGEN - FloxX - 22.08.2014

how to create pickup armour ex 1242 , when i pickup i get 10 armour and the armour will increase until full armour , People say with SettimerEx how [HELP]

How to create pickbox? if far of pickbox , sendclientmessage say you must close pickbox if succes /pickbox your weaps restored ammo 100+ and with settimerex , sendcliemdmessage say the pickbox out of stock , please try again at another time

Command
/pickammo restore ammo
/pickweap give random weap

1 pickbox just can give 1 pickammo or pickweap
