Try paid version of Ultra Host, they support mopay and many other payment methods. Their paid services are amazing.

or try volt-host, if they are still supporting mobile payments.

colorhost offers mobile payment but i wouldnt buy another host from them after my server getting dos'ed and all they did was reply with 'buy a dedi from us'

I suggest you blackbirdhost . You can talk with them. They will accept mobile payment on request. You can also pay using western union.
