Simple Duel System

Most of the duel systems in here uses dcmd / onplayercommandtext and it's pretty hard compared to ZCMD.

Commands

• /duel <username/id> <weaponname>
• /acceptduel
• /declineduel
• /cancelrequest

and when accepted so is there is any SendClientMessageToAll?
