i needa use full block, but at Alt +2588 is 'L', should be '█'. BUT, if a copy that to pawno that character will be changed for question mark. How to add it?

What do you need this for exactly? Displaying this char in Pawno would be a no-go, but if you want to print it
(if the console supports it, as well) or send a message with this char to the player, it's possible.
That page where you linked to basically had the answer for you. Try this escaped sequence and see what it prints:
Edit: Yeah, I was wrong, as ****** posted, you can only print ASCII, however printing Unicode is indeed possible with SetObjectMaterialText, and that's how I did it.
