First of all create the object and use SetObjectMaterialText to change the text.

Use 3d label not iPLEOMAX's TextDraw Editor it is used to create textdraw that shows on the screen not in the wall
if you want to put like that in the wall use 3d textdraw editor .

That isn't a textdraw on the wall.. It's SetObjectMaterialText..
