There is no "best" house-system, unless it's your own! - How-ever I am not a bot that searches for you, sadly Kalcor doesn't have any plans on making a bot for this, - how-ever I hear there's a nice search function.

I recommended you the PPC_Housing system, simple and easy to use and install, and also very compatible with your gamemode/filterscripts
