sup guys having an issue with this cmd

its working to turn it on but to turn it off it never works 100% sometimes it does an others it doesnt
also when the player exits the vehicle it turns back on lol any help would be appreciated and plus repped

EDIT: just need the destroyobject removing from the
cmd:neon
i keep getting loose indentation and expected tokens.. sorry still learning
