As you can all see SA:MP players in every server, there are now 50% less players then it used to be and at first i thought this lagcomp was a good thing but now i think it isnt...i would love if lagcomp wouldnt exist anymore since in ******* most of the videos u see with 0.3z are cheats and stuff...also in SA:MP 0.3z the cheaters have increased alot and it is really annoying when you see a person using hp lock / aimbot / dmg mods and other cheats in 0.3z

as the title said, destroy the lagcomp please.

Or you could just disable it by tiping "lagcompmode 0" in the server.cfg file.

Nope, the player count has been steadily rising. There was also a poll about lagcomp when it was released, and 80-90% of the voters voted that they liked the new mode.

Who wouldn't? It finally brings SA-MP to the level of every other online game ever. Maybe you play on a server with a high ping and you would unfairly benefit without lagcomp, but this is hardly a legitimate reason to dislike it. You might not like it, but I bet everybody else on the server does.

Correlation does not imply causation. There might be more cheaters because there are more people making cheat programs available - this is completely irrelevant of the release of 0.3z.

I think its up to the server owners.

its true, that there are a lot of new cheats... but you have now chance to script a more serverside calculation for anticheats. there are a lot of cheaters but less really good scripters who really build in a good anticheat optimized for the gamemode... they just download a free anticheat and hope that they will got any success...

destroying lagcomp because some scripters preffer downloadable anticheats who dont do what they want?...
why you dont play on a server where the option is toggled off?

No. You're wrong.

My server, Partyserver, has not decreased in size at all since the release of 0.3z. In fact, quite the contrary. If you are having issues with cheaters in a certain server, get the server owner to implement a proper anti-cheat solution or switch servers. Pissing off 95% of player base who like the lag compensation to please a very small minority who don't is simply stupid.

So yeah, there's proper, better solutions to your problem:

1) Join a lagcomp 0 server
2) Join a server with proper anticheat
3) Downgrade to 0.3e and play with the broken aim. Don't forget though, there were plenty of cheaters in 0.3e servers too.
