Hey guys im having this problem some time now and im pretty sick of it reinstalled gta couple of time tried the steam and original cd version but both have the same issue does someone know how to fix this ?

You look like you're placed inside the building, did you try this on other servers?

If this is another building loads slowly then try streamemfix, which I doubt it is since you don't have mods.

FlawPaw thanks for you reply but its a clean install no mods etc also its like you have a messed wall infront of you everytime like stretched out buildings or something i tried memfix but didn't resolve the issue.
