They use photoshop to make these i can make something like that for you my skype: homers251 check my signature i made that

You can easly create one with PhotoShop, but if I'm not wrong there are online creators too! So if you're not familiar with PS, then you can try some of online creators! They're much easier to use!

The online creators are really crap and have their company name in the signature btw i used this tutorial
