Map Editor Problem - DarkPower - 05.08.2014

Sorry if i post in wrong section...

I downloaded map editor and put in SA folder (where is gta_sa.exe) and when i open app. i got this

It looks like the program is not being able to access your modal folder have you ran as a administrator?
