Hello! I've found this bug very long ago, and I'm sure there are many more people who knows about the "bug"! So... When you double-click an offline server in sa-mp, it shows up Server Properties, and always the ping is 9999! I don't think it's meant like that!

That's what's intended to happen. That you like to see it differently doesn't mean it is a bug.
