IP forcing - Hybris - 04.08.2014

This might not be the right place the post this but I was wondering how do I force the ip to add it to favourites for a client by pressing a button on the forums like for example on the pirate bay when you try to download a file and it asks you to launch application etc thats what im trying to do.

I was just about to post here, than I saw that "pirate bay". Thats a ridiculous example.

For some reason putting:

directly into ****** chrome won't work. But clicking "test" will.

The same with clicking the logo above. That works.
