OVH Question - SPA - 03.08.2014

Hello,
I want to pay from OVH dedi server, i'v registered , they asked for
Proof of ID:
ID card
Driving Licence
Passport
Proof of address:
Utility bill (Gas, electricity, phone)
Bank statement
Official correspondence

LOL , Feel like join the university or something like that anyway i sent they saied i must send romanian documents, i can not do that, anyone faced this problem ?

Afaik its UK company, and to avoid any fraud risk they need all that information, as its a contract service, just like you pay for your phone bill and such.

OVH, soyoustart or Kimsufi? If the former, call them (have the email asking for verification and your reply in hand) and they will confirm everything in half an hour

Just scan your passport and send it to them, it's a legal requirement before they can give it to you. I've got a server with kimsufi and I sent them a copy and they have great response time and once you verify your identity once you'll never have to do it again.
