What is animation, when player can't move but he with a and d can rotate a player?

Animation in SA-MP is a type of act done by the player with a command.
Like if you make an command /sit with Applying the ApplyAnimation Function, it will allow the player to sit.

I don't ask what is animation, am asking for animation library and name, of that animation that player can't to move, but can rotate.
