Ya actualice los plugin y nada, mi server.cfg estб asн:

plugins streamer.dll sscanf.dll mysql.dll

Intenta instalando esto: http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...redist_x86.exe

Quizas te falta el msvcp100.dll o msvcr100.dll en System 32.
