I can do that would not be banned gpci() half the country? I was told that the ssas will help in this. What is ssas?

No, you misunderstood me. I want to ban only 1 player. But the function of gicp() bans so many people! And I need to use this function to ban 1 player. So I was told that the ssas will help me in this question remains open: what is the ssas?
