Ok, i buy a A8-6600k (OC 4.8 GHz), it runs Battlefield 3 on medium-high (resolution 1440x900, whit integrated graphics Radeon HD 8570D), but SAMP and single player runs around 25 FPS, i haven't fps limit, but this runs 25 fps, max. 30

how can i fix it?

Edit. AMD Catalyst driver sample 3 GPU's, i think the BF 3 run on this "3 gpu's" (it's a 1 GPU, divided in 3 emulated GPU's) but a "lax" game like gta sa, run on 1 GPU and this limit the performance, i think.

have you tried editing your GTA SA graphic gettings?

640x480, min, off antialiasing, 1440x900 max, x3 antialiasing, in both cases avg fps are 25.

It's not about your PC specs, i'd say try plaing with the settings, maybe you will find something.

ESC - options - frame limiter OFF
Go ingame(samp) and type /fpslimit 60-90

Single player is running very slow because they don't have a competitor if any competitor are available then player running very fast for biting them.

Open taskmanager and endtask big memory files .
