Occurrence: When a player spawn a vehicle while floating with a parachute.
EDIT:
Note:It creates an anti-bike fall system.

This happens when we perform several samp natives, like setplayerpos, putplayerinvehicle, apllyanimation.... while we are paradroping, sometimes a parachute object is also formed at the place where the native is implemented.
