Hi , I've learned HTML5/CSS5 , so I have a page.html in my desckop (used NotePad) , so how can I publish it ? I heard about Filezilla + ftp , & find free server but I don't know how , is there any website that allows to create HTML sites for free ? which one u advice me ? thx

Yes, try 000webhost.com or something similar. They allow you to upload your own website.
You will need a domain though, try dot.tk i think to register it.

& is it important the domain ? do u know some others websites that allows u to upload your site by Filezilla or something ? thx
