I would suggest you the pawn plugin for notepad++ From the list I would choose Scriptingmachine

If I should tell, use normal PAWNO program or use the SAMP pawno plugin for Notepad++, which is the best suggestion for your question.

Scripting Machine, has a lot of built in features that make going to wiki pages less necessary. But I'll always stick with PAWN.
