I also use this hoster. They are very friendly and are 24/7 support. Also they automatically renew your server for free so there are no worries. Also, if I'm not mistaken they also provide hosted tab. I could be wrong on this though

How can it be the best when it's not working and the whole team of fractalhub is like ignoring your questions. I've got an issue and I'm almost waiting two weeks now if it's not longer.
Two Team members rejected me to other staff as they were on vacation and that was the only thing that I've had.

I've made a ticket, no response.
Emailing doesn't help either..

So I don't think it's the best, maybe when it comes to the host itself but the support is 0%

What is it with you and useless topics? If you have nothing to say, then don't. There is absolutely no need to just guess a post to postwhore some more. Also, you really shouldn't have your level of experience out of 100 that wouldn't even work.

There is plenty of free hosts which have been mentioned otherwise you can search.
