How to make an adjustable command to put siren on it or where ever we want to by using /adjust and I need it in dialogue.

I want to do something similar like this for vehicle. But, using Dialogue

Object ID: 18646

Dialogue - 2
Items [0] - x-offset
Items [1] - y-offset
Items [2] - z-offset
Items [3] - x-rotoffset
Items [4] - y-rotoffset
Items [5] - z-rotoffset

and It will save on my vehicle - I mean on any vehicle.

Thanks but when I press SAVE button then it doesn't save on my vehicle and it saves on that place but not on my vehicle. How to save it on my vehicle?
