Problems loading plugins in VPS - khimera - 22.07.2014

Hello everyone. I have a gamemode that's running fine without bugs on my computer with windows 8. I bought a VPS that runs windows xp and it fails to load plugins streamer and sscanf. Does someone know how to fix this?

Install Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 or higher.

Make sure you place .dll behind your plugin names in the server configuration.
Because you use windows.
