I want to learn scripting, mapping, everything. I want to create a gamemode.
Can someone tell me where can I learn it?

You got a forum full of tutorials and threads about how to learn it, and a wiki full of detailled information about scripting functions.

scripting - samp wiki. Or ask someone's skype on samp forums,vand ask him to help you
mapping - install mta. mta already has a tutorial ready for you if you are a beginner. You can see the tutorial inside the game.
and also, why ask if you have samp forums and wiki full of tutorials and info?

Use JerneJL's mapping tool, not MTA's.

Have an IQ test. If it's below 120, you have no chance in scripting for real.

I didn't like it, I think it was somewhat of a moronic thing to say.

In most scales, 120 is quite superior. You don't really need to be that intelligent, you can get away with being your average Joe, as long as you're set on the task.

You could have an IQ of 140+ and still be too lazy to script anything useful. I'd choose a willingness to learn over some measurement of "intelligence" any day.
