What are the dlls needed to run MySql. - Ahmad45123 - 20.07.2014

Hello, I am having this one : https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=56564

But when I run the server, MySql fails to start, I asked someone and he said to me to recompile it and it will show me some dlls which I have to download them, But I don't know how to compile them.

So how to compile it ?
Or what is the dlls needed ?
