You know As I am a scripter I was just wondering are there other games like samp Which use script ? Like multiplayer to make our own stuff and all that ?

Only games powered by the source engine (Counter Strike Source, Day of Defeat Source), etc.
But it uses a variant of pawn called "source pawn".

Probably most Valve games. It would be awesome if there would be Prototype multiplayer, it's perfect for this.

IV:MP,Multi Theft Auto. Minecraft, Vice City Multiplayer,MapleStory private servers, Lost Heavens Multiplayer, Mafia 2 Multiplayer, Just Cause 2 Multiplayer, MultiV, Counter Strike 1.6/Source/GO, Team Fortress 2, Garry Mod and bunch of more RPG private server games .. (Perfect World, FlyFF,Lineage 2 etc.)
