Announce Permission - TheRaGeLord - 16.07.2014

After Opening Server In Putty...1st My Server Successfully Launches And A Line Comes Server:-

Started server on port: 7776, with maxplayers: 70 lanmode is ON.

But After 5 sec a Error comes:-

Have you tried running it as Administrator?

Well I am Using Putty...And Problem Is Now Solved i just type

screen ./samp03svr

chmod 500 announce

EDIT: And oh don't run SA:MP as root. That isn't very safe.
EDIT2: Just saw your 'fix' which nope, that just puts it in a screen session which I assume your dettached from so you wouldn't see it.
