Aand.... why not, if I may ask? If every single person would create a thread because they want gfx done, it would be a complete mess. You can check a few topics of active banner/signature makers, and see if you like their work, then just post there.
And I must agree with iAnonymous, I don't know if this will be considered as advertising by the gmods, but if it is, this thread will probably be gone soon anyways.
