I'm sorry but this is like asking a homeless person if he/she would like to have a home. I'm sure you posted this with the best intentions, but OF COURSE everybody wants that to happen!

Anyways it's simply highly unlikely due to people living in many different countries you can't really make things go faster than the speed of light cheaply. There are player from 3rd world countries and there's hardly going to be a cheap and easy way to improve their line quality.

Give it about 5 or 10 years and i'm sure ping times will be much lower. A few years back OVH roubaix has 40ms ping to London, and now it's more like 10ms.
