Changing the weapons.txd with GTA IV HUD HELP=REP - Doros - 10.07.2014

When you don't have the GTA IV HUD you can see the weapons like this

and after you installed the hud, you can see the weapons.txd , so how can I do that I will see this
and not the weapons.txd ?

Probably, the gta iv hud doesn't work on gta samp? and it should have some in there in gta samp..
