Is it Possible to Set A Script That an Auto Sell Houses/Cars If A Player doesn't Log On For A Period Of Time?

Of course. You could use a number of methods, getdate, unix timestamps etc... It's all possible, however, if you're asking for your code to be written by us, then no.
