Run time file or function not found - Camataru7 - 09.07.2014

After i compile the gm and i try to power on server appear run time error 19: file or function not found.Pls help me

Please show us your entire server_log result.

And if dont have error's in server_log. Install nativchecker or crashdetected.dll/.so And he will show the error's

thats becaz the plugins fail to load
make sure u have correct plugins
.so plugins for linux and dll for windows

I put the plugins i recompile and now.show me number of vehicle: 0 look :
