Try the Advertising section and searching in the Hosted Tab section since we're not allowed to advertise servers outside the Advertisement section and signatures.

The proper section for such request would be the server advertising section, near the time of the forums main home page. There you will gladly find a large variety of servers and game modes hosted by players all around the world!!

OT:
We cannot properly answer this one, I think. We can only give names, and usually multiple servers have the same name but we cannot post any IP's. Try the server advertisements board, maybe you can find something there.
