server crashes - kosa451 - 07.07.2014

When i start the server it crashed and it's mysql, i've made databases on the localhost phpmyadmin, i am using xampp, but i get this on the logs, also I have mysql R7. -

Seems you use 0.3z R3. May MySQL Plugin In-Compatible with it.

I changed to 0.3z R1and R2 to testbut it's still the same
