Help some players can't connect to my server - Printable Version

Help some players can't connect to my server - gychem - 06.07.2014

I've opened my new server three days ago and some players saay that their friends can't connect. They directly get the message "Server Closed Connection" when they connect. They can connect on other servers.

How to fix this? I really don't know...
