While some laptops can be used for gaming or performance, I really recommend you to not use a laptop. You should get a desktop instead since as far as I know (from experience) laptops have trouble with cooling and get hot very quick, regardless of how good your cooling is.
Though, if you don't care and are still set on buying a laptop, I guess you could try Alienware but I'm not sure if they sell products for such a low price.

I dont recommend for you to get a laptop, you should built a computer from parts. You will get a lot more perfomance with built computer that costs 500-700 than what you would get with 500-700 laptop.

As Mionee stated, desktops are the best thing to go with when buying a gaming rig. I also suggest that you custom build a rig. Building it isn't hard at all, and it's so much fun.
Perhaps this can be of some assistance -

Sorry, as most of you caught along, laptops aren't great gaming 'rigs'. I work alot, i mean alot. I move cities constantly and a laptop is the only thing that would work for me.

If you could add a few hundred dollars more, this could be ok for you
