Guys Pls help Me Iuse The Samp Map Editor Last Version Ireported The problem and They dont answear so pls help me It Says Gta sa is Open But Its Not like http://prntscr.com/3zphth Here pls help ineed to use that editor to use 0.3c objects Ihope sombody care and tell me what to do

restart your computer or find GTA SA in your task manager > processes and delete it. I recommend restarting the computer tho.

And make sure that you put the editor's files in GTA San Andreas file
