Server running slow - iThePunisher - 29.06.2014

when i type cmds - get in any checkpoint etc.. it needs a little time
Example: when i type in chat it need 3 seconds for the message to go
same for the checkpoints etc...

Why this is happening ? what is the problem?
maybe cuz i have many things? i think this is happening because i created (vip houses)
or maybe there is any other problem?

There are many possibilities, including:
-Your host specs ( ram...)
-Your GM uses much memory
-Outdated plugins/scripts..
-Your internet connection

im running the server offline so probably my GM problem -_-
