Download 0.3z package and copy paste in your original folder.
Changing the samp-server.exe is enough to change the version.

Download the package of 0.3z server from the main SA-MP website page. Then, copy and replace the samp-server.exe from that package with the one you currently have.

If you're using Linux then please be advised that the file will instead be called 'samp03svr'.
