How to make Admin Login/Register FilterScript - Deathlock - 24.06.2014

Hello guys, Can someone give me admin login and register Filterscript? with commands "/setadminpass" and "/adminlogin"

You can get help for scripting, You don't even have a script, You're just a lazy person.
