BBRP GM HELP - WildArms4 - 24.06.2014

I am using BBRP as GM in creating my server and i can't change where the characters to be spawn after creating a new account also with old account. I can't change also the starting money. I tried editing bbrp.pwn in pawno but nothing change..

HELP PLS.
