Linux User Permissions -

Okay, another question about linux.
I have finaly managed to setup a user and let him be able to run a sa-mp server through ssh, and have ftp access.
Now the problem is, this user can also view all core files of my VPS, he cannot edit them, but still I don't want him to have access to any other folder except his sa-mp root folder.
How can I set this?
Using, Linux Centos 6.5

chown him to that folder, also depending on what FTP server you're using you may have to change some settings.

You don't have to worry in most cases. The user does not have access to /root nor any other users directory in /home on CentOS.

He said that he can see but not edit them, which I'd agree that I wouldn't want people seeing all the files on my server.
