Can't connect to my server - bitakid - 22.06.2014

Hi everybody
I have a server samp and two friends (friend1 and friend2).
Case 1:
When I start my server, my friend1 connect to my server success. But when my friend2 connect to my server, the game screen report:
Connecting to 192.168.1.102:7777
Connected. Joining the games...
And screen standing, server doesn't work. My friend2 can't play the game
Case 2:
When I start my server, my friend2 connect to my server success. But when my friend1 connect to my server, the game screen report:
Connecting to 192.168.1.102:7777
Connected. Joining the games...
And screen standing, server doesn't work. My friend1 can't play the game
To summarize, the server only can allowed 1 person connect although in server.cfg file, "maxplayers" = 50
Sorry, my English is bad because I'm a Vietnamese

192.168 is an internal IP which means someone who connects from anything else then your local network he can't join.

But when i creat a virtual computer on my computer and try to connect, i also encountered case!

you need a buy server Hosting Company or buy VPS!

If it's hosted on your computer then anyone on your network needs to use an internal IP (like 192.168.1.102) but anyone who is not in your house needs to use your external IP (http://www.whatsmyip.org/)
