mysql onplayerconnect - YoungKris - 21.06.2014

Hi, working on this new mysql script. My script doesn't detect whether a player is registered or not under onplayerconnect. I'm shit with mySQL and I can't find the problem. If a player registers with a registered name, it creates a new acc in phpmyadmin with the same name. Also WP_Hash doesn't even hash the passwords properly, they get like a hashed password "18" or some dumb number.
