Server Lag - Clergy - 21.06.2014

I dont know why my server is lagging.My host got no problems my gamemode is i dont know how to fix it :/.

By the way timers are not causing my server to lag maybe other thing :/

Not only times can cause lagg. Loops and OnPlayerUpdate could be also the problem.
