or just buy a dedicated, a lot of samp hosts do not run windows they run linux. I heard kingj.net runs Windows.

What benefits do you hope to gain by using a Windows server?

Have GM which works on Windows with .dll plugins, but when add .so plugins and upload on server it does not work. GM is on mysql r7.Can`t check the problem on computer to understand it, cos it`s Win.

And because you didn't compile the script once again with .so plugins

R7 is old, I think R29 is the latest and it comes with a static version if you don't have libmysql.

Windows is a bitch to host stuff stuff like gameservers on, you need to restart for almost every update...

i did, and tried everything, but cannot check on PC before uploading on host on my PC

Restarting is not a big deal for me, because server I want to run only for friends, so basically small community. Would it be very complicated to run it on Windows ?
