hi all I would ask you as I can remove my rcon server because eh tried placing 0 in the server.cfg and yet I can still enter.?

change the rcon password i think and not 0 you can't start server with 0 you will need change to any password you set

you can't remove RCON, as it's built-in with SA-MP.

So, no chances of removing.

But you can always disable it - any attempt of login (whether successful or not) results to a kick. And disable the rcon remote console:
to the server.cfg
