It's obvious you have no idea about what you are doing. As @Thour said use crashdetect which will help you find the problem. (i'm pretty sure you won't be able to fix it)

Add use plugin crashdetect to find which is causing that error

You may also be missing a plugin that your script is using / needs.

You don't need to upload your pawn includes in your server folder.
Anyway download navtivchecker plugin, here is the link, https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=249226
And then load this plugin to your server then show us your server-log.txt.
